Arukuma Terms and Conditions

Kindly note a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to the programme commencement date.

Guests may cancel before 30 days of arrival and receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations thereafter forfeit the 50% deposit. Alternatively, guests may choose to simply transfer their booking to a future programme date without charge.

Travel insurance is recommended as no refund is possible for early checkouts.

The programme is dependent upon a minimum number of guests. Should the programme be cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be given. Guests are advised to wait until final confirmation that course that programme is going ahead before booking flights or alternatively to book refundable flights.

In the highly unlikely event that a change of venue is necessary, the new venue will be of an equivalent standard or superior to the original venue. Furthermore, guests will have to option of participating in the programme in the new venue, or receiving a full refund.

Programme price is inclusive of :

• One to one pre-programme consultation (1 hour) via Zoom with Dr. FitzGerald
• Pre-programme assessments
• 3 nights accommodation
• All meals including wine (other alcoholic beverages are available but not included)
• One spa treatment
• Two full day workshops, materials and refreshments
• One to one post-programme consultation (1 hour) via Zoom with Dr. FitzGerald
