- Two full day interactive workshops, refreshments and materials. Morning workshops focus on personal development and relationships. Afternoon workshops focus on health and physical fitness.

Retreat Activities
Workshops are interactive, intensive and fun. They include lots of breakout activities and plenty of time for small group discussions, personal reflection and feedback. They are also creative and as part of reflection and feedback, guests may choose from a variety of activities which include creative writing, art and nature therapy amongst others.
Personal Time
It is important that you have time to yourself during this retreat and for this reason two hours of personal time are allocated each day between 5pm and 7pm. During this time you are free to use the various resort facilities or simply relax and unwind.
Typical Daily Schedule
- Optional morning activities (meditation, yoga, gym, swimming, walks)
- Breakfast
- Morning Workshop 9.00am to 12.30pm
- Lunch 12.30pm to 2pm
- Afternoon Workshop 2pm to 5pm
- Free time 5pm to 7pm (spa treatment, swimming, gym, walks)
- Drinks reception 7pm
- Dinner 8pm
